There is lots to see and taste at Downtown Tampa’s Sparkman Wharf.
Springing up at what was once Channelside Bay Plaza, Sparkman Wharf has breathed new life into the old Channelside courtyard, with an outdoor Biergarten, shipping-container food outlets and a big lawn filled with picnic tables and cornhole boards.
Florida Focus reporter Erin O’Brien gives you an inside look at Tampa’s newest water-front hangout, from the many tastes of the “food containers” to its water-front view of the Ybor Channel.
You can visit Sparkman Wharf yourself — and even bring along your dog, if you want — Wednesday through Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
